The 2 technicians that worked on our balcony regrout were very punctual, courteous and did a good regrout job. The only thing I will say is that the clean up which I had to undertake has been a more difficult task than just using warm water with vinegar as was suggested by Ricky. The tiles were left with visible marks from the epoxy which are proving difficult to remove. Given the job was a balcony regrout I would have thought the very front row of tiles exposed to the weather would have been silicon sealed to make the whole balcony water-tight to prevent further damage to the underside of the balcony which was the prime reason for having the balcony regrouted.

Really happy with the technician’s work. I only had one matching tile left and he managed to work out the cutting of the tile to fit the area needing replacement. Very impressive.

I thought the wall tiles in the ensuite shower wall would be refreshed whiter. So all I received for $1485.00 was the grout in the ensuite floor silicone replaced, grout on the floor fixed in the drain area, and some grout on the ensuite wall added to three tiles. In the Small bathroom silicone around bath replaced. Meet said he could come back and place new grout on to the faded grout on the ensuite shower wall on Sunday for $250. But then text and said he had to go back to India for an emergency.
So I was very dissapointed with the work. $1485.00 for not much work.

Manmeet did a fantastic job. In the past, I had used numerous products to try to clean the shower, including silicone. He had the unenviable task of removing it all. He started work promptly and did not finish till nearly 7 o’clock because of this complication. He worked continuously the whole time. He did not let the difficulties faze him and remained calm and cheerful, all day.
Our shower is now gleaming and looks brand-new. We are delighted with it and with Manmeet.
