I think it was way overpriced given the tiler was only there for about 45 minutes and only had to re-grout over the top of the current grout.

I’m very unhappy with the experience
The communication was not good and I was sent a text at 12:30 the day before booking to ensure payment was ready on the day by credit card or bank transfer
Then I was emailed at 10:42 am on day of booking asking for a deposit
This was already paid and I had received emails to this effect
So I paid the remainder by transfer before the job even started
Then after job finished I was deducted the remainder from my credit card
I had to call and send multiple emails to then be advised it would be 3-5 days to get a refund of the overcharge
But then I was deducted the remainder again from my credit card at 5:49 pm
Just awful

The installer was fabulous. Very friendly and provided helpful advice. The new grout and silicone look good. Unfortunately there were a few scratches left in the metal work in the shower which cannot be fixed without replacing the trims. But all in all, thankful for a clean and secure seals in the shower.

The only concern that I have is that the grouting was not well matched. All other aspects were excellent. Price was ok, but not excellent.

Theo was very polite and friendly, and a pleasure to have for the job, despite arriving a bit later than expected.
The work is very satisfactory and we hope that the good appearance remains in the longer term.
Low score for value for money because I think the job was very expensive. The labour cost equates to almost $400 per hour. (Compared with my benchmark $145/hour for car servicing labour cost).
