The technician did a good job and explained everything well, I am pleased with the outcome and appreciated the help. I am very uncomfortable with the billing process though, I authorised a charge for the deposit to my card, and and that was fine. Then I found the balance has been processed without further discussion or authorisation from me. This is an unacceptable practice and I will not be using it again.

Hi Tile and Grout - dear sir/madam - PLS SEE EXTRACTS FROM EMAILS BELOW - it would appear that whilst the overall appearance of the floor looks a little better the sealer, the main reason for undertaking the work, has had little effect on the floor. Guests have just left and I don't think the sealer is going to work as there are already marks which don't come off with normal washing even though the overall effect looks good at the moment. We will be looking at rates next year but most of the apartments for the coming season have already been sold at the usual rate. We can however increase yours when you release. Regards, Lynette
