Shinyride Mobile Steam Car Valeting Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Services:

  • Customers can book their car wash service through our mobile app, website, or phone call.
  • All bookings require providing accurate vehicle information, location details, and preferred appointment time.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS upon successful booking.

2. Appointments and Scheduling:

  • Appointment slots are subject to availability and may vary depending on location and service requested.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but cannot guarantee it.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notification to the customer.

3. Pricing and Payment:

  • Service pricing is based on vehicle size, chosen package, and location.
  • All prices are displayed clearly on our app, website, and booking confirmation.
  • Payment can be made securely through card or cash on arrival.
  • Additional charges may apply for services not included in the chosen package or for excessive dirt or stains.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are accessible and parked in a safe location during the service.
  • Please remove all valuables from the car before the service begins. Shinyride will not be liable for any lost or damaged belongings.
  • Customers should inform us of any pre-existing damage or defects in their vehicle that could be affected by the cleaning process.
  • We kindly request that children and pets are kept away from the cleaning area for safety reasons.

5. Service Completion and Acceptance:

  • Upon completion of the service, the customer will be notified and asked to inspect the car.
  • Any concerns regarding the cleaning must be reported immediately to the technician or customer service for rectification.
  • Once the customer accepts the service, no further claims will be entertained.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Customers can cancel their appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be issued at Shinyride's discretion in cases of service failure or cancellation due to our reasons.

7. Liability and Disclaimer:

  • Shinyride is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle caused by factors beyond our control.
  • We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your vehicle, but cannot guarantee against unforeseen incidents or damage caused by extreme weather conditions.
  • Shinyride reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer at our discretion.

8. Amendments and Updates:

  • Shinyride reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The latest version of the terms and conditions will be available on our website and app.

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
