• We will always strive to deliver our car washing services to the customer in a timely manner.
• We will provide the customer with a confirmation email/sms at the time of the appointment along with an estimated time of delivery.
• If the customer needs to rearrange the appointment, we will require sufficient notice so that the change can be accommodated.
• We will always use the best cleaning products to achieve a professional finish and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• We will follow up with a phone call after the service is completed to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the results.
• Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the mobile car wash services you receive from us. If you feel that you have not received adequate services, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
To request a refund, please email us with a detailed description of the services you received and why you believe they were unsatisfactory. Please include photos if possible. We will evaluate your claim and contact you within 5 business days with a decision regarding your refund request.

• Cancellation Policy
Our mobile car wash services operate on a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. We require 48 hours’ notice prior to any cancellation of services. Cancellations must be received by phone, email, text, or in writing. If you miss your scheduled service or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee for that service. In the case of bad weather, you can reschedule with no additional charge.
